Health Certificates- Note: Due lack of demand for these services in the 10 years I have been in SC, I let my acceditation expire in April 2023. You can contact the USDA-APHIS regional office in Columbia SC for a list of Type II accredited veterinarians, which typically do not include dog/cat vets.
